How often can I play?

You may submit up to 1 entry per 24 hour period.  The 24 hour period is between 1:00:01pm PST and 1:00:00pm PST the following day.

How do I register to play?

Choose 7 numbers located on the gameboard.  After selecting your 7th number a registration form will appear.  Please note that you must have javascript and cookies enabled to play TroppoLotto.

How do I log-in to play again?

Simply choose 7 numbers on the game board and, if needed, you will be prompted for your log-in information.

My email/password is not working.

As of April 15th 2010 all users will need to re-register.  Emails and passwords used prior to April 15th 2010 will no longer work.  Thank you for your understanding.

Can I play TroppoLotto in my country?

Currently, TroppoLotto is only accepting registrations from the United States.  We hope to open this up to more countries in the future.

How are the drawings labelled?

This is best explained by an example.  If the winning numbers are listed for April 20th 2010, then the drawing(entry) period was from April 19th 2010, 1:00:01pm Pacific Time through April 20th 2010, 1:00:00pm.

How do I change my password?

First, if you haven't already done so, log-in to TroppoLotto.  Then click on "My Account" located in the upper-right Log-in Box.  In the upper-right corner click on the button that says "Change Password."
